Why Me
I’ve spent more than 15 years working with the people who actually have to make change happen.
I’ve trained end users. I’ve listened to the field employees. I’ve worked alongside them as they adopted change. And I’ve learned that there is often a big difference between what an organization thinks people need and what people actually experience.
My approach starts with the people not the technology.
